Final Shipment weight is based on actual and volumetric weight, whichever is higher will be considered.
The formula to calculate volumetric weight:
1. L x W x H / 5000 ( if measurement is in CM )
2. L x W X H / 305 ( if measurement is in Inch )
The shipping rates mentioned in the website are not applicable for commercial shipments. Rates will be on a spot basis.
The shipping rates mentioned in website does not include any DUTY / TAX applied on the destination
No deduction/refund would be allowed on late delivery due to flight delay/offload/ customs delay.
Any shipment not accepted or refused by the consignee at the destination, the same shall be returned with prior intimation at the consignor’s cost. And all charges for RTO shipment including all duty and taxes charges will be charged.

All International shipments claims are subject to Conditions of Carriage
If any other destination charges billed by our service provider, the same will be charged at actuals.
If the Actual weight of the Box is more than 25 kg additional handling charges will be applied. INR 850 or 17rs per kg whichever is higher + GST
We don't provide Insurance for the shipment. In case of loss of shipment max claimable value is Declared value or Max INR 5000
ShoppreCouriers Donesnot provide any liability for In-transit damages
Carrier insurance will be availed that are subject to Conditions of Carriage
All Packages received by Shoppre will be checked for security purpose.
Incase of any restricted/ prohibited items being found during a security check in the shipment , the customer has to pay return charges to ship it back to your location. Else it will be discarded.
Even after security check if any restricted or Prohibited items being found during customs check whole responsibility will be on shipper. Shipper has to face the furhther consequences taken by the customs authorities.
ShoppreCouriers Rely on third-party pickups, there will additional charges for pick-up which will be informed before arranging the pick-up
As per export rules by customs shopprecouriers collect ID proof to maintain KYC of each customer. ( all information will be safe and will not be shared anywhere without customers consent )
If the package is available for the pickup in the destination,the customer should have to go and collect the shipment.
Consignee is not responding for call from the delivery agent or not at the delivery point after 3 attempts, the package will be available in the destional Hub and consignee should have to collect the package by their own.
