Basic International Shipping Terms

Package weight (Actual or volumetric) whichever is higher will be charged but on the higher side of the weight. Formula for volumetric shipment (L x W x H) in CMS, divided by 5000.

The rates displayed in calculator are not applicable for commercial shipments. Rates will be on spot basis.

The rates displayed in calculator doesn’t not include any DUTY / TAX applied on the destination

No deduction / refund would be allowed on late delivery due to flight delay / offload/ customs delay.

Clearance of the shipment at destination is consignee responsibility. Any shipment not Cleared by consignee at destination, the same shall be returned/Abandoned with prior intimation at consignors cost. If returned, all charges for RTO shipment including all duty and taxes charges will be charged.

Address correction / remote area would be charged extra.

Whichever carrier ( FedEx, DHL, or any other ) used to ship all standard rules of respective carrier are applicable.
